So far I've tried calling twice now to reserve a parking spot for an 18-wheeler. The first time I was told that the lot was really empty right now. The second time I called back I asked the lady that answered the phone at the field desk again if she still had a line and could I reserve a parking spot, she then asked me to hold and never got back to me. The phone eventually went to a voicemail. Just lazy and unprofessional so far and we haven't even arrived yet. My husband and I are very unimpressed. I'm going to be hot (🤬) if the little lot is full when I get there.

Professionalism is officially the first thing that comes to mind when I think of this place now. Every person was kind and had the answers I needed. The parking was a little tight on the side I paid for, but closer to the store and restaurant. The parking on the side with the diesel island was bigger but still. The restaurant was grand too, all three of them are a definite credit to their craft. The waitress, Ashleigh, was wonderful, she had a couple regulars come through knew exactly what they wanted "the usual". It's great to see that kinda dinner still exists it fills me with great bit of joy. The cook slung out some of the best and biggest catfish, I've had in a hot minute. Definitely recommend this place.

You need to pay for parking but it's a good place with clean bathrooms and they have a restaurant with hot and good food

The food was good....staff was super friendly....showers meh....I've definitely seen better. Shower number one is a repurposed walk in cooler that you can barely get the door opened and closed but were fairly clean. Now the bad, I went to franks, put $200 in fuel in my dually, paid 15 dollars for a shower, then spent $27 in the diner for a meal. Then I asked if you still had to pay to park if you spent all the money I spent in there and was told yes that you must pay to park regardless what you spend in the establishment. Had I known that, I wouldn't have spent the money I spent there.

Well, came here about 2 years ago, came back today, like to thank the owner for paving the parking lot, great 👍 job. You do have a cat scale gentlemen, going to try the restaurant & shower 🚿 in the morning, lol, caught them on "Deep cleaning day" 😆, it's cool. Very impressed with the overall attitude of both the employees today, especially being Sunday. Definitely will come back & frequent your truck stop Mr Frank. Oh, & $20 for parking gentlemen but if the food is good, like the gentlemen at the store, told me, it will be worth it, Good day everyone & safe travels 😀
